Teams

Teams are living, moving systems. Beneath the daily collaboration, often invisible dynamics play a role that influence trust, communication, and outcomes.

I guide teams in revealing what's happening and transforming destructive patterns, so that collaboration can flow again and results can be achieved. In this process, I also support the development of skills to constructively handle tensions, differences, and strong emotions. I keep an eye on both the undercurrent and the business objective.

I work with a systemic perspective, drawing from my background in Gestalt approach and Theory U, enriched by methods like Deep Democracy.

My team interventions are customized, tailored to what the team truly needs to enhance connection, safety, and shared responsibility. Where appropriate, I collaborate with other senior professionals from my network.
