Who Am I?
I am an organizational psychologist, coach, and yoga teacher, with over 25 years of experience in guiding leaders, teams, and professionals who wish to grow in impact and in who they are as individuals.
What drives me is the essence: that people live and work from their truest selves, connected with the world around them. From this place, freedom, meaning, and impact arise. I particularly enjoy working with leaders, as their awareness and choices profoundly influence the culture and direction of an organization. When working with teams, what motivates me is the moment when people truly start to understand each other, bridge differences, and reconnect. This leads to flow and enjoyment, and naturally, results improve. In my guidance, I look not only at behavior, underlying beliefs, patterns, and context but also at the body as a source of information and change.
My style is clear and inviting. I quickly get to the core—sometimes confrontational, always safe, and with a warm heart. I believe in the power of poetry, nature, art, beauty. In what arises when people no longer need to protect or prove themselves, but can simply be.
Over the past ten years, I have also organized leadership retreats. Impactful programs where stillness, movement, reflection, and nature come together. These retreats have brought profound insights and change to myself and many participants and are an essential part of my practice.
Career
After graduating as a psychologist in 1992 from Utrecht University, I started my career at ING in various (management) roles. Then, in 1998, I switched to the Baak, a center for leadership development.
Since 2006, I have been working independently, for many years as a partner at The Human Effect, with which I am still associated, and since 2022 under my own name.
I am also trained in the systemic Gestalt approach at Multidimens and in Theory U at the Presencing Institute (MIT, Boston). Additionally, I am trained as a KRI Kundalini yoga teacher.
Ingeborg quickly gets to the heart of your challenge and helps you deal with it in an empathetic and warm manner. I highly recommend her!
